Common questions

Where do we start with integrations?

Begin with the tools and client environments you want to bring together. After provisioning, the existing platform guide directs users to Settings → Integrations. Confirm permissions and scope with your implementation contact.

Can we keep our existing security tools?

Beacon is designed around vendor-agnostic integration. Review the ecosystem and discuss the specific tools, versions, and access requirements for your environment.

Is BeaconAI a replacement for an analyst?

The workflows here position BeaconAI as an investigation aid. Analysts should review evidence, validate context, and approve consequential actions.

How should we request support?

Use the support channel established in your service agreement. For general platform inquiries, email the Beacon team. Do not send passwords, sensitive logs, or incident evidence through general email.

ALREADY A CUSTOMER?

Keep sensitive work
in your support channel.

Use your agreed incident escalation process for active security events. This public website is not an emergency incident-response channel.
